Welcome to the Kiki enJoy application (the "App" or "Service"). The App is operated by Dean Tsatsis, of 38 Ushishkin St., Kiryat Motzkin, Israel ("we", "us", or "Operator").

We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding it.

2. About Us and the Service

Kiki enJoy is a digital platform for ordering pet products and posting community "Wanted" listings (lost and found pets).

Products displayed in the App are supplied by Hippopotamus Ltd. Services of sale, payment processing, shipping, invoicing, and product warranty are performed directly by Hippopotamus Ltd.

3. Minimum Age

Use of the App is permitted only to persons aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information You Provide During Registration

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password (encrypted and not visible to us)

4.2 Information During Order Placement

• Delivery address (city, street, number, apartment, floor)
• Phone number for contact
• Order details (products, quantities, amounts)

4.3 Information When Posting in Wanted Community

• Geographic location (GPS) — to mark listing location (optional)
• Photos you upload
• Listing content

4.4 Sign-In via Google / Apple

If you choose to sign in via Google or Apple — we will receive your name and email address from those services.

4.5 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT use:

• Marketing cookies
• Social network pixels (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.)
• External tracking tools
• Advertising identifiers

5. Use of Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• Providing App services (displaying catalog, orders, listings)
• Forwarding order details to Hippopotamus Ltd. for shipping and payment processing
• Sending order confirmation emails and status updates
• Sending in-app push notifications about orders
• Technical support and customer service
• Service improvement
• Legal compliance

We do NOT send marketing emails. You will receive only operational emails (order confirmation, status updates, etc.).

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We share information only with the following services, for operational purposes only:

6.1 Hippopotamus Ltd.

Purpose: Order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping, and after-sales service.
Information transferred: Name, shipping address, phone number, order details.

6.2 Supabase (Data Storage)

Purpose: Secure database and authentication services.
Information: All information shown in the App is stored on Supabase's secure servers.

Purpose: Delivery of order confirmation emails and status updates.
Information: Email address and order details.

6.4 Expo (App Platform)

Purpose: App infrastructure and Push Notifications.

6.5 Google (Sign-In)

Purpose: Convenient sign-in option.
Information: Only if you chose to sign in with Google — name and email.

6.7 Cloudflare (Admin Hosting)

Purpose: Internal company management interface hosting.
Information: Does not directly touch customer data.

We do NOT sell your data to any third party, under any circumstances.

7. Data Security

We employ reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Communication encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
• Password hashing
• Row-Level Security (RLS) database protection
• Regular backups
• Access limited to authorized personnel only

However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In case of a material breach — you will be notified as soon as possible.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as you have an active account. If you decide to delete your account — we will delete your identifying information within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain by law (e.g., invoice details per the Income Tax Ordinance).

9. Your Rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the European GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — to receive a copy of the information we hold about you
• Right of rectification — to correct inaccurate information
• Right of erasure — to request deletion of your information

10. Children Under 18

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor — we will delete it immediately.

We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be displayed in the App and sent by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by Israeli law. The exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this policy lies with the courts of the Haifa District, Israel.
